1. Who we are
Bonbon (“we”, “us”) runs the website at https://usebonbon.com and the tools behind it: sites, link pages, lists and newsletters, digital products, merch and payments for creators. These terms apply to everyone who uses Bonbon. Creators also agree to the Creator terms; people who buy from a creator agree to the Buyer terms.
2. Your account
You sign in with a code we email you. Keep access to that email address secure; anyone who can read it can sign in as you. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to open an account. Tell us at once at support@usebonbon.com if you think someone else has used your account.
3. What you own
You own what you make and upload: your words, photos, products, list and domain. You give us the permission we need to host, copy, display and send it on your behalf, only to run the service. You can export your list, posts and products at any time, and we release your domain on request at no fee.
4. What you may not do
- Break the law, or help someone else break it.
- Upload work you don't have the right to use.
- Send email to people who didn't ask for it, or hide how to unsubscribe.
- Sell anything illegal, dangerous or deceptive, or anything our payment partners forbid.
- Harass, threaten or impersonate anyone.
- Try to break, overload or get around the security of Bonbon.
5. Plans and payment
The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans renew until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time from Settings; the plan stays active to the end of the paid period. Prices and fees are shown on the pricing page and on every sale. We tell you at least 30 days before a price you pay goes up.
6. Ending your account
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we tell you why unless the law or someone's safety stops us. Before an account closes we give you a chance to export your work, except where that would break the law.
7. The service
We work hard to keep Bonbonrunning and your work safe, but we provide it “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Changes
When we change these terms we update the date above, and for changes that matter we email you before they take effect. Using Bonbon after that means you accept the new terms.
