1. Who you buy from
You buy from the creator, not from Bonbon. The creator sets the price, describes the product and is responsible for it. Bonbon runs the checkout, the delivery of digital files and, for merch, the printing and shipping.
2. Paying
Payments are processed by Stripe. Bonbon and the creator never see your full card number. Prices include any tax shown at checkout.
3. Digital products
After you pay, your receipt has a link to your library, where you sign in with a code sent to your email. Files are for your own use; you may not share or resell them unless the creator says you can.
4. Merch
Merch is printed to order and shipped by our print partner. If an item arrives damaged or wrong, reply to your order email within 30 days and we'll replace it.
5. Refunds
Each creator sets their own refund terms for digital products, shown on the product page. A refund removes access to the files. Your rights under the consumer law where you live still apply.
