- The exact page or file on a site we host that infringes it.
- Your name, address, phone number and email.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized by you, your agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you own the copyright or may act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
2. What we do
We remove or disable the material we're told about, tell the creator, and send them a copy of the notice.
3. Counter-notice
A creator who believes the material was removed by mistake can send a counter-notice to the same address with the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake, their contact details and consent to the jurisdiction of their local federal court. Unless the person who complained tells us they have filed a lawsuit, we may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days.
4. Repeat infringers
We close the accounts of creators who repeatedly infringe others' copyright.
