1. Your site and domain
Your site lives at your handle on bonbon.page, or on your own domain on Pro. The domain is yours: we release it on request at no fee, and you can export your list, posts and products at any time.
2. Your list
Add only people who asked to hear from you. Every email you send through Bonbon carries a one-click unsubscribe, and we honor it at once. If your sends draw too many bounces or complaints we may pause sending while we work it out with you.
3. Selling
You sell to your buyers directly, through a Stripe account you open inside Bonbon. You set your prices, describe your products honestly, and deliver what you sell. You are responsible for refunds you promise and for the taxes on your income.
4. Fees and payouts
Your plan's fee on digital sales is shown on the pricing pageand beside every sale as what you earn. Card processing is Stripe's fee, paid by you. Merch earns through a margin built into each item's base price, shown before you publish it. Payouts follow the published schedule; we never hold them beyond the published holdback.
5. Merch
We print and ship merch through our partner and answer buyers' delivery questions. You must own or have the right to use every design you upload.
6. Your content and others' rights
If someone tells us your work infringes their copyright, we follow our copyright process, which includes your right to respond.
7. The badge
Sites on the Free plan show a small “Made with Bonbon” badge. Pro removes it.
